Returns & Order Changes

Our gongs are handcrafted in Thailand. Please read how cancellations, returns, and problems with an order work before you buy.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or a sound preference. Our recordings are representative, so the gong you receive will have its own sound. Our size guide explains the available diameters and how to plan for your space.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, even if work has begun. Use our contact form with your order number before the 24 hours are up; we use the time your request is received, not when we read it. After that, voluntary cancellations and order changes are not accepted. This does not limit any cancellation or refund right that applies to a shipping delay or other problem with the order.

Damage, defects, or an incorrect order

Please inspect your gong when it arrives and contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days of delivery, if it is damaged in transit, materially defective, or different from what you ordered. Keep the gong and original packaging while we review the problem.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos or video of the gong and the issue
• For shipping damage, photos of the crate, packaging, and shipping label

If we confirm a problem, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund at our expense. Do not ship a gong back without contacting us first. If a return is needed, we will arrange and pay for the shipping. The requested 7-day notice helps us investigate transit damage; it does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

The character of handmade gongs

Each gong is handcrafted, so hammer marks and modest variations in color, lacquer thickness, finish, and tonal character are expected. Minor variations are not damage or defects when the gong substantially matches its description and works as intended. A wrong product, material difference, or substantial damage is not normal variation. Audio previews show a collection's general character, not the exact sound of the gong you will receive.

Shipping delays

We will contact you if we cannot ship within the timeframe promised when you ordered. You may accept the revised date or cancel for a full refund as provided by applicable law.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the time required by applicable law. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
