Returns & Order Changes

Every gong is individually made and tuned for its owner. We want you to order with confidence: your gong is protected if it arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Made-to-order purchases

Because work begins specifically for your order, all sales are final once crafting begins. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, sound preference, or the natural variations found in a handmade instrument. Our sound previews and size guide are available to help you choose, and you are welcome to contact us before ordering.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to cancel or make a change. We will provide a full refund if crafting has not begun. Once crafting begins, the order can no longer be canceled or changed. This does not affect a cancellation right that applies if we cannot ship within the promised timeframe.

Damage, defects, or an incorrect order

Please inspect your gong when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged in transit, materially defective, or different from what you ordered. Keep the gong and all original packaging while we review the claim.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos or video of the gong and the issue
• For shipping damage, photos of the crate, packaging, and shipping label

When a claim is covered, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund at our expense. Do not ship a gong back without contacting us first; large instruments require coordinated freight. The 7-day notice helps us pursue transit claims and does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

The character of handmade gongs

Hammer marks and modest variations in color, finish, dimensions, and tonal character are part of an individually forged and hand-tuned instrument. They are not defects. Audio previews demonstrate the general voice of each collection, not the exact sound of the individual gong you will receive.

Shipping delays

We will contact you if we cannot ship within the timeframe promised when you ordered. You may accept the revised date or cancel for a full refund as provided by applicable law.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We generally issue them within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
